It is the brand name of a food project with products from organic farming.
With a family tradition of several generations of dedication to the agriculture of grape vines for table and vinification of almond and olive trees, we wanted to expand the cultivation of the olive tree for its increasingly recognised properties of its fruit "the olive", both for table and for oil and vegetable pates, and with its most appropriate varieties (manzanilla, hojiblanca, arbequina, gordal, verdial and empeltre).
Thus, while maintaining the cultivation of almond trees and vineyards, the cultivation of olive groves has been increased, both with the Aljarafe estate in Seville and with the estate in the Vinalopó region in the Levante region of Alicante.
In this way we offer natural products without the use of pesticides, insecticides or other synthetic chemical products, looking for traditional and artisan presentations.
